Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead plant production and maintenance personnel in day to day activities to ensure the safe and efficient

maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Ensure the efficient processing of incoming recyclable materials while maintaining end product quality

standards.

Ensure preventative maintenance and repairs of all material handling systems and equipment to minimize

downtime.

Complete In charge of Winding plant – Motors, transformers, Electric Motors, Generators, Alternators, HT,

LT, DC and special type machine windings.

In charge of Tenders, quotations – produce job specific cost estimates for proposals.

Works with Plant Maintenance Supervisor in planning, budgeting, organizing resources, executing work

The objective of this project is to balance the load on the 3 phases of a distribution transformer.Due to

imbalance current on the 3 phases,the neutral of the 3 phase transformer carried huge amount of current

which thus gets wasted.By almost balancing the current on the phases the neutral current is almost made

zero.By this the losses on the transformer are also reduced.

Visited vajamangla substation to study the working and behavior of power station specially on

transformers and relay topics
