Balancers) including both production support and change management in compliance with ISO20000 standard

Overseeing critical interconnects to various partners like ATM service providers, SMS Gateways, etc. and Banking regulator networks

for Electronic Fund transfer and National Financial switch, etc. with links from multiple ISPs

Served as the member of the team that worked towards making Bank’s DC and DR compliant with ISO27001 standard leading to

Distinctively handled new Data centre setup which included upgrade network cabling, with innovative rack designs and cabling

schemes

Managed migration of network from old DC to new DC which included DC LAN changeover, ISP link migrations apart from migration of

core DC Firewalls

As part of the exercise to strengthen perimeter security, implemented DDoS protection, Web and DB Firewalls

Migrated Data centre perimeter Firewalls from legacy Firewalls to UTM Firewalls and upgraded Datacentre core firewalls with minimum

Prices with other ISPs and achieved a price reduction upto 20% while increasing bandwidth capacity by 35%

Affected centralization of Leased lines billing of 400+ PAN India BSNL links to help have better Financial and operational control

Consistent uptime of 99.9999% for DC Network. Achieved Branch WAN uptime of over 99.5% for over 8 years with 200% increase in

quantum of links from 750 to 1500 links during the said period and connectivity landscape has increased from traditional terrestrial

leased lines to V sat, RF and 3G dongle based connectivity provided by 8 different ISPs against 2 ISPs initially
