Duration : Aug 2013- Nov 2014
Description : This project generates the alerts and reports on the Airtel Money
customers who have made fraudulent transactions using their Airtel Money mobile
wallet account. These alerts & reports helps Airtel stakeholders to analyze the fraudulent
transaction patterns of the mobile wallet customers and escalate the fraudulent customers
as black listed customers.

Written PL/SQL procedures for all the alerts to validate the alerts displayed for the
customers in fraud management application.

Description: This project develops a methodology/grading system which can help
mobile wallet platforms in identifying the performance of the merchants associated with
them based on measurable Key Performance Indicators. This grading would be available
to the user in form of dashboards (customizable), which would be additionally used for
analytics of the KPIs used for grading. These KPIs are to be available in specialized
views to various stakeholders, with limited self-service options.
