NAME - AN ENHANCED ACCIDENT SPOT DETECTION AND

INDICATING SYSTEM

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The main intention of this project is to find the accident spot and intimate it to the

nearest emergency care centres through the GLOBAL POSITIONING

SYSTEM(GPS) and GLOBAL SYSTEM FOR MOBILE(GSM) networks. The

microcontroller based system hardware has been developed to acquire the various

parameters such as sleep detection, accident detection, cause of the accident type and

location of the accident, and indicate the status to the nearest emergency care centre. If

the accident is diminutive, then the victim should press the revert button so that the

emergency care unit will skip the rescue process.
