Design/ Process Manager with Good knowledge in sheet metal

formability, stamping, materials, manufacturing processes, GD & T

application & tool design of dies with 13+ years of experience including

automotive panel dies for BIW sheet metal parts (interior & exterior parts)

& progressive tools for precision tooling, Guidance and support for BIW

Tsubamex-Japan. Tsubamex Japan has more than 30 years of experience in

Panel tooling with Customers Like SUZUKI, TOYOTA,NISSAN, MAZDA, HONDA,

YAMAHA, ISUZU etc and their Tier 1 suppliers in Japan.TII-TSUBAMEX is going

to start a huge tool room in Chennai supplying to all Japanese OEMs and

their suppliers in INDIA. All the employees of this company is thoroughly

trained in Japan for Japanese technologies and culture.

Currently I am working here as Manager- Process & Die Design (BIW

Stamping simulation, Die design, Design team leading).

Tower Automotive Technical centre India has established in 2001 and

provides Technical support on Product technology (Design, Analysis and

processing) to Tower establishment globally (Tower Europe, US, Brazil,

China, Korea, Italy, Japan etc).Tower has a huge international customer
