Assisted with the design, manufacturing and testing of Honda vehicles specifically the Accord, CRV and Acura ILX/TLX.

Conducted IQS surveys, feasibility and countermeasures studies to prevent design flaws and improve Honda vehicles .

Trained with and tested various models at the Transportation Research Center, Mid-Ohio, and Automotive Enviro Testing facilities

Coordinated launch of new scanning stations to control brake pedal variation. Reducing assembly errors from 17% to 0%.

Implemented FTA reflex methodology, ergonomic study, design and manufacturing analysis, quality and process improvement to

determine solutions for complex problems.

Designed thermocouples and thermocouple accessories via SolidWorks and AutoCad. Inspected a nd tested incoming parts.

Team Leader Senior Design Project (Multilayered Materials & Polymer Industry)

Design and Fabrication of winding/unwinding machine for plant use.

Saved PolymerPlus $24K with new machine design and an additional $8K a year by eliminating the need for an outside vendor.

Gained valuable experience in working in a “team” oriented atmosphere, Learned SolidWorks FEA analysis, metal working,

geometric dimension & tolerancing, comparative pricing, cost analysis and effective/safe machine design.

Designed and manufactured new handle assembly for Half Minerals screener (patent pending). Researched new oscillation and
