When working at Laurel Baye,I had to keep and maintain medical and personal records on the residents .I also hosted

activities and founded sponsors for the residents,I was also suppose to have a talk with the residents and see if they had

any problems and any difficulty with my activities, so i can plan them a activity they would like, I see if they improved in any

skills. I take part in making decoration for the residents, and keeping the residents items that was given to them and giving

only the amount the family members said to give to them.

At Porterfield Health and Rehab,I had to host activities and find sponsors for them, I mostly like to make my activities

for physical, and social purposes. I kept up with residents medical and personal files. I had to keep the items given to

the residents by their family member and hand them out at the given time. I also have a talk with the residents

annually. I decorated items and calendars for the residents. I help out co-workers with lifting items, taking the front
