2012 to 2014 . Manage and run Rhino Energy LLC as directed by the Board

of Directors.

. Manage the operations of Rhino Energy LLC including all

surface and underground mines and associated processing

Facilities; both coal and associated limestone. Manage

small oil field Services Company in the Utica play in

Eastern Ohio.

2010 to 2012 . Manage all facets of: two operating coal mines with

incidental limestone production, Barge Loading

Facility on the Ohio River, Coal and Limestone Preparation

Plants, Clinton Stone sales, Rhino Trucking.

. Also involved pursuing foundation work as well as

conducting due diligence for business development

opportunities across the US. These include coal reserves,

operating surface and underground coal mines; frac sand

reserves, mines, and plants; as well as other minerals.

2009 to 2010 . Manage all facets of two operating coal mines, Clinton

Stone Operations, Rhino

Trucking. Also involved pursuing foundation work as well

as conducting due diligence for business development

opportunities across the Country.

2007 to 2009 .All engineering at Coal and Limestone

Operations.

1992 to 2007 . Oversight of production and reclamation

and Limestone Operations. Including prospect drilling,

reserve assessments, mine reclamation liability studies,

activities. Design and evaluate other designs for refuse

disposal facilities.

Training Plans for Company Operations. Work with State

and Federal Regulators to ensure the environment, public

and miners are being adequately protected. Prepare and

. Oversight of Exempt Fly Ash Landfill engineering and

operations. Site closure

.Oversee engineering, daily operations and

construction of Beech Hollow Sanitary Landfill. A 1,500

ton per day permitted Facility which Sands Hill owns and

Contractor operates. Facility sold in 2002.

Company Owners. All facilities sold to Sands Hill Mining

LLC in Dec 2007, which is owned by Rhino Energy LLC.

1992 . Managed mining operations

including surface mine operations with augering, coal

loading and transportation, coal specification compliance

and engineering. Mining operations included operations

on U.S. Forest Service Properties.

Company Owner.

1992 . Review of Engineering Projects

involving Solid Waste in Eight County Area of Ohio.

Dealt mainly with review and approval of municipal solid

waste landfills plans and associated designs.

1986 to 1992 . Engineering design for civil works,

the mining industry, and resource development companies.

Environmental impact studies for mining and industrial

operations. Construction and construction management.

Land surveying. Develop safety programs to comply with

MSHA and State Requirements. Mine reclamation studies

for both public and private organizations. Seismograph

studies, Blast designs, Mine surveying (surface and

underground), Mine design and permitting for surface and

underground operations. Perform mine property valuations

and reserve assessments and other mining engineering

activities. Inspection of buildings and structures for

structural damage.

1985 to 1986 . Managed all engineering activities

associated with surface and underground mining operations

in Gallia County, Ohio. Surveyed underground operations.

Design and assure underground operations performed as

planned. Worked in Production and Maintenance Operations

in the mine.

1981 to 1985 . Managed all engineering operations

for surface mining operations in Ohio and West Virginia.

Included land reclamation and reserve design and
