02/14 – 6/14 Renner Brown – Project Manager At Barnabas Health

Project Scope: High profile project to secure the patient health information of 17

doctor practices acquired by Barnabas Health. All sites needed a full

infrastructure overhaul, as well as all computers replaced. Project time parameters

were set by HIPAA with millions of dollars of fines if project was not completed

by said deadline.

• Successfully managed the replacement of 220 computers at

seventeen health practices to new H IPAA security

requirements.

• Successfully secured all the practices computers, and

i nfrastructure.

• Worked daily with vendors to determine if their software was

compatible with Windows 7, ERAS data encryption, and

Symantec endpoint 12.

• Managed a team of four consultants brought in to implement
