Re: Senior Environmental Specialist.

Please accept this letter and attached resume as my application for the above position advertised this morning. I have strong experience in Environment (specialist), Regulatory Compliance, Aquatic Biology, Environmental Consulting, Compliance and Environmental Management Systems Audits as well worked for both Alberta Environment (now AESRD) and the Federal Department of Fisheries (DFO).

My last position was a Contract position the Kinder Morgan Canada Trans Mountain Expansion Project

(TMEP), where I was the lead Permit Coordinator for both Alberta and British Columbia and doing Compliance role as well for the project as needed.

Prior to joining KMC, I worked at Total E & P where I help start their Regulatory Compliance program from scratch (Regulatory applications, Audit/Inspections, Compliance software development, and all compliance management related activities) in addition to regulatory applications.

In addition to the above, I also worked on a variety of Environmental and Compliance related projects such as : managing and dealing with air emission issues (NPRI and GHG reporting for the Corporate Sustainability Reports), Lead Environmental Auditor (Compliance), Permits and Regulatory applications for projects as Environmental Advisor to project teams (over 30 projects), monitoring and tracking software to increase efficiencies and managed Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA), writing and implementing projects Environmental Management Plans.

Moreover, my very strong environmental, regulatory compliance and water crossings, Aquatic monitoring skills including strong experience with regulatory applications in both Alberta and British

Columbia among other experience including my ability to represent my employers at various Government and stakeholders meetings which are an integral part of my duties.
