When it comes to getting something done I know that two brains are usually better then one. I believe that it is very important to have a good work environment and to do that you must have good communication between everyone that's on the floor at the time. If I'm having trouble figuring something out I like to step back for a min and take a breath look at the problem from the outside of the box . I've learned that it's always a good idea to ask a lot of questions it's never a problem to ask questions if you need help with anything. Also it's good to have a third eye on things or make sure if you cant figure something out some one that isn't working with you might have a better idea cause there looking from a different view of then problem.
