• Used questionnaires to collect data and did descriptive statistical analysis, based on the sample’s properties, take
values of each property to know the frequency and how the sample consist of, and use crosstab to get how the
variables related. The analysis tool was SPSS 18.0. This research was adopted by local government in 2013.

Research on “Remuneration Effects on Executive Power of High Management Research Based on Listed Companies
in Banking Industry in China”
• Used the panel data which ranges from 1998 to 2008 of all the Chinese banks listed Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock
Exchange, this paper makes an empirical test and statistics analysis on the factors which affect the top executives’
pay gap and what effects would the top executives’ pay gap have. The analysis tool is SPSS 18.0.
