ACHIEVEMENT

Establish and Run a Company

During foundation period, creation of Canvas Business Model contains all business decisions and

choice of technological tools such as e-commerce software, host server and website features were

critical steps. Website were created with sub-domain style that provides one main website for brand

and some subpages for dıfferent product categories. Two e-commerce websites also, both Nano-Tech

and Ironmongery, were designed to accept all credit and debit cards with installment.

Marketing strategy was operated via Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Facebook Fan Page and SEO.

Additionally Google Analytics was powerful tool for analysis and amendment of campaigns, product

and price decisions. After political troubles led financial recession in Turkey, the company was

liquidated because of cash flow bottleneck

Lead Projects

Successfully led Innovative Product Development, Facility Installation and Entrepreneurship projects

during senior year at university. Each of the projects contained essential sections such as primary and

secondary market research, demand analysis and forecasting, marketing strategy formulation and

financial analysis and forecasting. Likewise Product architecture and patent searching were the other

efforts in Innovative Product Development, operational research was one of the most important

chapters in Facility Installation.

Pro-active build of frames and simultaneously operate few projects. All projects were finished on time

and scored as top-drawer projects.
