Duties include in home care of pediatric patients with a variety of medical needs: CP, Downs Syndrome, Neurological defects, brain
trauma, growth and developmental delays. Providing trach cares, respiratory care, medications, and management of feeding tubes.

with chronic and complex medical diagnosis requiring; ventilator weaning, advanced wound therapy, dialysis, and
IV antibiotic therapies in the LTAC setting. Management of those patients requiring critical drips and telemetry monitoring.

Position: MDS Coordinator (RNAC) 2013-2014
Duties include collection of data, completing resident assessments, and accurate coding of MDS for each resident within long
term mental health facility. Developing individualized care plans and heading interdisciplinary care plan meetings weekly.
Behavior management thru therapeutic communication, groups, and medication management. Perform wound care and
