Client Profile:

. Project is based on online unique interface which keep track of all

medical records of any user through which he/she can directly share

with doctors.

. Interface consists of User's basic information, lifestyle,

past/current surgeries or procedures if any and all the current

conditions related to his/her health.

. User can give authorization request to any doctor by entering their

email id.

. The doctor can look into their patient's profile after accepting the

request and send all the required prescriptions and tests.

. User will get notification of their prescriptions or test by email as

well as by SMS.

. Also for different medical tests (like Blood test, Haemoglobin etc)

patient can see the actual tracking with date and values with the help

of graphs.
