Integrated Comm Systems/independent contractor: October 2009-2013. Handled all aspects of a sole proprietor communications
business (e-SVCS). I also served as an independent contractor for Radio Repair Services as the head of the Tech Solutions division. In
that role I oversaw the creation of a nationwide manufacturer’s warranty depot servicing the Ranger Communications and Connex
branded amateur export radio and citizens band lines. I coordinated warranty repairs with multiple distributors and dealers throughout the
United States of America. This included component level repairs, training technicians, providing in house and customer based technical
support, inventory management, parts ordering, invoicing, establishing check out and quality control procedures, and providing technical
leadership during corporate changes that lead to Integrated Comm Systems, LLC and new land mobile dealerships, vendor accounts,
airtime leasing agreements, and the development of an outside sales.
Fisher Communications: Technician/Service Manager, December 2001-October 2009. Duties included maintenance, installation,
troubleshooting, repair, and tech support. Equipment included wireless communications products, GPS tracking devices, wireless data
and real time sign updates for public transportation, CCTV surveillance systems utilizing cameras and digital recorders, PIR motion
detectors, wireless links, and PLC controlled voice modules for loudspeaker functions. Also serviced intercom and access control
equipment. I met the needs of both commercial and public safety customers at shop and on-site locations. I successfully oversaw the
installation of over 250 cameras and related DVR’s and power supplies at a new Wal-Mart location.
Self Employed: June 2001-December 2001. Handled all aspects of a sole proprietor communications business. Performed all
installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and accounting functions, as well as obtaining required licensing and insurance.

troubleshooting, and repair
Quality Communications: Service Mgr/Minority Owner, and Corporate officer March 1997-August 1999. Started up new service
department to compliment existing sales & rentals of two-way wireless products. Obtained required test equipment and supplies,
arranged vendor accounts, hired and managed all service personnel, recruited new customers, developed maintenance contract products,
conducted technical training to develop sales staff, and assisted in acquiring new manufacturer dealerships, including Motorola and
Nextel. Built monthly service department revenues from start up level of $3,000.00/month to a peak of over $36,000.00/month.
Personally closed a sale of a $65,000.00 in house alphanumeric paging system for a local hospital, and oversaw all aspects of its
successful implementation. I arranged licensing and tower space leasing, and then constructed a five channel trunked system for
commercial leasing of airtime to dispatch customers.
Hastys’ Communications (MSS) (August 1996-March 1997) Technician: Duties included 24 hr emergency service, system analysis,
maintenance, installation and repair. Equipment included wireless products, from pagers and hand-held radios, to mobiles, repeaters,
wireline consoles, and trunked radio systems, as well as security and telemetry equipment. Performed duties in both shop and field
environments.
Communications Service Company (MSS) (January 1989-August 1996). Technician: Duties included 24 hr emergency service, system
analysis, maintenance, installation and repair. Equipment included wireless products, from pagers and hand-held radios, to mobiles,
repeaters, wireline consoles, and trunked radio systems, security systems and wireless data transmission for public transportation.
Performed duties in both shop and field environments.
United States Navy: Fire Control Technician, December 1983-December 1988. Assigned as AN/SPG 55B radar technician, USS Horne.
Duties included operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, parts ordering, training of new personnel, and occasional supervisory
duties. Maintained radar combat readiness at 100% during overseas deployment. I received an honorable discharge with recommendation
for advancement to E-6 and a highly desirable re-enlistment code.
Education: High School diploma. Two years of USN schools covering advanced weapons systems electronics, earning NEC1163.
Associate of the Arts degree from Daytona Beach Community College; GPA 3.8. I completed numerous corporate training seminars
sponsored by Motorola and other communications industry leaders. I hold a lifetime PCIA certification, and am a Wilson Electronics
Certified Installer (antenna distribution systems and bi-directional multi-band cellular amps).
