. Preparation of BOQ for survey and completed villages.
. Preparation and Submission of Completion Certificate, Handing Over/
Taken over Certificate for completed villages to Client.
. Daily monitoring the village Completion, Charging, Handing Over/ Taken
over and Gram Panchayat certificates status with supervise all site
staff.
. Preparation of MIS Reports
. Preparing and Submission of running erection bills to client and
involved to finalize the bill by client.
. Coordinate with client and corporate office for daily and monthly work
progress.
. Responsible for Sub contractor billing and processing payments.
. Planning, Execution, Management of complete project operations as per
schedule
