shortage of work.
• Performed a large number of industrial hygiene and safety-related tasks. Tasks were
mainly in the oil and gas industry, but also served residential, industrial, and business clients.
Tasks included, but are not limi ted to:
preparing and calibrating sampling equipment for field use;
conducting worker exposure monitoring for harmful substances;
field sample collection, data interpretation and report preparation;
interpretation of sample result data in relation to legislative requirements;
supervising work procedures to ensure safety and compliance;
identification of site safety issues or project concerns and recommendation of
corrective actions;
conducting air quality assessments, including indoor air, mould, and
ventilation; and
client liaison to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
