Summary:

I have several years of experience at all phases of the SDLC. I have been involved in the

planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support / maintenance of software at

some point in my career. I have a passion for software design and implementation; the

creation of a new project that solves a business problem is something that I thoroughly

enjoy. I feel confident that as an addition to your team, I can help move your project

Recent Achievements:

EngagePoint --- January 2014 – Present:

Level II Technical Support Lead

• Worked closely with Director of Software Support Services to provide daily

instruction and leadership to team members

• Catalogued and categorized trouble tickets

• Provided level 2 technical support for clients when working on production issues

• Performed incident management of critical and major incidents

• Successfully implemented an automated workflow for level 1 technical support to

eliminate the backlog of incidents
