To whom it may concern:
It is my pleasure to recommend Theresa Williford as a candidate for a position with your organization. In her
position as Master Scheduler with Alcoa, I had the opportunity to work directly with Theresa from 2011-2013.
Theresa is a highly skilled professional with many years of experience in manufacturing. She excels in inventory
control, production scheduling, enterprise resource planning and forecasting. Additionally, Theresa is a natural
leader with a proven track record of employee development and exemplary leadership qualities while serving in a
supervisory capacity.
Theresa served as a mentor to me in my role as a Cost Analyst by serving as the subject matter expert in the areas
or ERP, Bill of Material and router development. Her valuable insight and expertise of the manufacturing flow
path and resource requirements contributed tremendously to my professional development.
It was behind Theresa’s guidance and expertise that our Alcoa facility was successful in the scheduling, planning,
manufacturing and timely delivery of quality products to our customers for various programs year after year.
Theresa is a committed team player who works well with others and is always willing to offer her assistance for
the betterment of the organization. She would be an asset to any employer and I highly recommend her for any
opportunity she would like to pursue. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours truly,

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In August 1998 I joined the team at RAMCO in Auburn as Purchasing Agent.
From my first day at the plant I have had the pleasure of working directly or
indirectly with Theresa Williford.
In 2000 we became part of Alcoa. In 2002 our plant made the transition from
MFG-Pro to Oracle. This transition tied our plant to the Alcoa corporate
system. At the time we were part of the Alcoa Automotive Group, sharing our
Oracle purchasing system with 3 other operating units one in Michigan, Ohio,
and Kentucky. Over the years each of these plants was closed down or sold off
by Alcoa. Our plant was the sole survivor until the end of March 2013.
Our plant survived due to the dedication of the people that worked here.
Theresa’s contribution played a major role in reducing raw material inventory,
timing the delivery of incoming product just before it was needed, and
maintaining an accurate Bill of Material.
Theresa’s understanding of the Oracle system’s Item Number classification
helped avoid pitfalls that may have taken place on the transfer of goods within
the plant and those sent out for processing. Without proper accounting code
and routing flags there could have been month-end inventory value errors and
materials appearing to be ‘lost’ in the system.
Theresa’s dedication to helping the transition of our plant’s programs to
another location prior to our closing is commendable. Her loyalty to the
company was strong to the end, always wanting to do what she could to help
the new team with a system they were not familiar with.
I am certain that Theresa can add significant value to your organization.
Sincerely,
Mark Steffen, C.P.M.Senior Buyer
It is my pleasure to recommend Theresa Williford for employment with your organization. I have known Theresa
for over 15 years during which time she worked as a production scheduler. I have been consistently impressed
with Theresa’s attitude and productivity during the time that she has worked in the office.
Theresa is both very bright and quite motivated. I am confident that she will devote herself to a position with your
organization with a high degree of diligence. She is a quick learner and has shown the ability to digest large
volumes of information. Ms. Williford has demonstrated the ability to articulate information and ideas in both the
verbal and written forms. Theresa will also be a team player at all levels of your organization.
I recommend Theresa without reservations. I am confident that she will establish productive relationships with your
staff and constituents. Please let me know if you have need for additional information about this outstanding
woman.
Sincerely,
Liz Rakestraw
