• Modeled the composite material structure and created the lightest, strongest and innovative design.
Project on improvement of biocompatibility of implants December 2013- April 2014
• Designed the cantilever and honeycomb type of nanotubes to be installed on the surface of the implants.
• FEA of the nanotubes to verify if they can sustain the body force using HyperMesh software.
• Design of an experimental apparatus to test the fatigue life of Ti6Al4V (Aerospace Grade Titanium) samples which
is used in making the implants.
Design and Analysis of Dynamic Testing Machine for Spinal Implants July 2012- April 2013
• Proposed the use of Swash plate mechanism and calculated all design parameters.
• Designed and analyzed the model of the machine in SolidWorks.
• The model was accepted by the company and the prototype has been made and further tested.
