Supervising of entire engineering and security department. Handle all the

AMC contractors and make sure the activities have been done according to

the Terms. Complete up keep of the hotel properties and implementing the

plans and programs for preventive and corrective maintenance, Handling of

Spares and services on time, Reporting of Monthly wise activities, energy

and water consumption and training programs for staffs. Implementation of

new projects, renovations, FF&E & Capex Projects. Up Keep of all

Sustainable Development activities such as Waste segregation and disposal,

Energy saving and Awareness.

2. Worked as MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in KHIRAN RESORT, KUWAIT (An

establishment of Touristic Enterprises Company, Kuwait), Engineering

department from 2007- Jan to 2010-Oct..

Work Description

Resort day to day Operations, Complete up keep, repair and preventive

maintenance of all Kitchen and laundry equipments, Plumbing, Carpentry,

Masonry, Painting, Marina, Health club, spa, pools, streams and Sewage

Treatment Plant etc. Supervising Renovations and New projects. Recording

log sheets, Readings, history cards, accomplishment reports, work

assignments, preparing and implementing plans and programs for preventive

and corrective maintenance. Training and awareness programs for safety,

work knowledge, general awareness etc.

3. Worked for TAJ RESIDENCY Ernakulum Kerala [A 5 star hotel of Taj group]

Joined on 1995 June in engineering department. Resigned on December 2006,

as a shift in charge.
