Current Output PCB:

This board consists of Cypress Psoc 8 Bit Micro controller Chip has a

clock speed of 24 MHZ (CY8C28452). The board is designed in two layer

with via size 0.4D/0.6mm.Boardsize : 76X51mm consists of RTD Section,

RS485/RS422 transceivers used for Communication with GND

isolation.Tool : Altium

Power Supply:

Single Layer Board with Space constrain .It contains EEL16 core bobbin

Transformer, with an Opto coupler with 2KVA Isolation Requirement.

H6046 board consists of Intel H6046 atom chip with other high speed

consists on 1mm pitch BGA, 6 mill drill Blind and buried vias.

VX700 PCBoard:

It is a 6.4"X 314" board with components on both the side. The board

has a 10 layer stack-up with 63 mils thickness with 5597 pins. Maximum

of number of pins in a single IC is 964.The minimum pitch across pins

being 39 mils with a trace width of 3.5 mils and air gap of 4mils.The

minimum drill size is 10mils. The board comprises of Gigabit Ethernet

interface, Mini PCI Debug Connector, CRT interface& FSB interface.

Memory system comprises of 16 BIT DDR2 SDRAM interfaces placed on top

and bottom. The Board consists of 1050 Components with 4500 nets.

Layout QA Person For Intel Mother Board /Ampro Customer Boards.

MPC8560:

It is a 5.9" X 2.9" board with components on both the side. The board

has a 12 layer stack-up with 63 mils thickness with 5597 pins. Maximum

of number of pins in a single BGA is 783.The minimum pitch across pins

being 35 mils with a trace width of 4 mils and air gap of 6 mils. The

minimum drill size is 12 mils MPC8560 chip consists of 64 bit DDR

signals with a speed 166MHZ linked with DDR SODIMM Connector. The

board comprises of Gigabit Ethernet interface

AC Servo Drive Control Card:

It is a 5.30" X 2.64" board with components on both the side.

Basically this I Common control board to drive the AC5 and AC6 power

Board. This board consists Spartan 3E 16/16 FPGA (1mm pitch) and many

external peripheral memories and communication circuits are present.

The main function of this board is to generate the PWM (Pulse

modulated) signal to the power board based on the user setting. This

Board has to compliance with ESD of +/- 6kv Contact Discharge and +/-

8KV Air discharge when it is assembled in the enclosure.

(PE- Protected Earth at the connector input terminals).
