Have held several positions within this company, beginning as production machine operator, QC inspector, Manufacturing
Technician, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Specialist, Manufacturing Manager, and Lead Process Technician (Process
Engineer). Duries have included creating and writing procedures, establishing processes, SPC implementation, maintenance of
MRP system, performing sales quotes for new products, updating system costs, recommending machinery purchases, approving
purchase orders and invoice payments up to $50k. Responsible for all troubleshooting and process improvement efforts.
Responsible for scrap reduction efforts. Responsible for process engineering. Assist quality assurance in their acceptance
standards and training. Involved with all aspects of manufacturing, have trained all production machine operators and QA
inspectors. Involved with production scheduling. Have performed duties of Operations Manager when manager was out of

and blow molding facility. Included establishing complete database system for all work orders, inspection instructions, records,
and procedures. Created surface profile of customer provided samples using a CMM for tool building. Maintained records of all

Quality Assurance Manager 03/1998 to 03/2001

Responsible for all aspects of establishing and maintaining a quality system to achieve certification to AS9000 including creation of manual
and procedures within a CNC machine shop facility. Supervised all aspects of inspection and record retention as well as establishing
improved hazardous waste disposal by evaporative means. Received Northrop Grumman certification for Delegated Acceptance Personnel

Quality Control Manager 09/1989 to 02/1992

Started as QC inspector. Standard Technology was a precision CNC machine shop and plastic injection molding company that
specialized in extremely tight tolerance, difficult to produce items, primarily involved in government and defense contracting. I
worked on projects such as the Volcano Mine system, the Superconducting Supercollider, and many other
defense/government/aircraft projects. I was promoted to QC Manager. My duties were to establish the inspection techniques,
provide training, and schedule inspections with the government QAR for first article acceptance.
QC Inspector 01/1980 to 09/1989
Oil States Industries, Inc. (formerly Oil States Rubber Co.) Lampasas,
TX
Initially hired as machine operator, after initial training was promoted to Manufacturing Technician, then promoted to
Production Shift Supervisor. Then transferred to QC as inspector. Primary duties as inspector were performing receiving
inspection on purchased metal components in support of the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS). Also performed final
inspection, and first article inspections on all rubber molded goods.
Real Estate Salesman 11/1978 to 01/1980

I performed all duties of a licensed real estate salesman. Our firm specialized in purchasing ranches and creating subdivisions
around the state. I have sold subdivision properties from the Houston area to North Texas. I also was trained in surveying
methods and creating plats for the property surveyors to use in the final preparations of the legal surveys.
Tennis Instructor 06/1976 to 11/1978
