GA is a search heuristic that mimics the process of natural evolution. GA belong to the large

class of evolution algorithm which generate solution to optimization problem using techniques

inspired by natural evolution, such as inheritance, mutation, selection and crossover.

To analysis the human resources recruitment process and human resources roles and

responsibilities of dukes India (p) ltd. In this project period I learn HR activities in practical

knowledge. And also I involve in HR recruitment process and management works.
