Role: Solution Specialist

Responsibilities include:

Create highly professional documents in response to Request for Service (RFSs) raised by clients.

Arrange meeting with client across Asia in order to clarify requirement description, negotiate target delivery date and receive

approval for the solution.

Communicate with Service delivery leads of different domains- mainly Network, Voice, Platform, and End User in order to

collate the overall technical solution design.

Create a temporary project plan based on the effort estimate provided by the op eration teams and standard timelines in order

to obtain client’s approval.

Create cost model and total price for the solution using the available Year wise pricing model prepared by Finance.

Arrange the 1st Project Kick off call with the PM at the time of hand-over of project for execution.

Attend weekly meeting with client along with Service Delivery Lead in order to discuss the status of all work place related

active work orders.
