and major contributor for installation, testing and acceptance of high-end servers, network and storage solutions.

Achievement of demanding system availability acceptance criteria. System dump reading, debugging analysis and

interpersonal skills required to close system problems. Delivered value added services and led IV&V of high

complexity or time critical factory trials. Enhanced customer satisfaction at very demanding high security customer

site. Identified and eliminated numerous bugs in early versions of the OS. Co-lead establishment of Cray de Mexico,
