customers. The adherence to project management
fundamentals and bidding processes, along with the
engineering tasks of systems design, configuration,
tuning, and troubleshooting led to many successful
projects. I developed a Windows 2000 internal rollout to
branch office operations utilizing automated remote
distribution and scripting processes to a 200 system
pilot.

I was employed as a Project Manager and Architect (by
committee) of the Exchange implementation for 1.5 years.
This Exchange implementation was to support 85,000
desktops world-wide. During my employment, I was the
primary engineer for the Microsoft network, including
Windows NT Servers, workstations, Exchange servers /
clients, SQL Servers, and Windows 95/3.1 clients. The
Saber Menu System was utilized for desktop
standardization and security. I played a significant
role in helping this Global Aerospace Corporation win the
Client Server Magazine Award; CMM/SEI Level 2; and the
Smithsonian Award.

Systems Operations Manager
I was responsible for project management, operations
management, systems management, and support of the
Hewlett Packard Environment for this project for over 2
years. I provided primary support for over 200 servers
and desktop systems; network communications equipment;
and systems management software. My tasks included the
installation, development and maintenance of the systems
and communications. I managed the implementation of new
systems within Judges' Chambers supporting Windows 3.1,
WordPerfect Office Suite, Cheyenne ARCserve, and
PCAnywhere applications and for the Novell 3.x/4.x
network migration from HP NOS. I was instrumental in the
