• Established the secure transfer (Black Wrapped Data) of COMSEC material across the

headquarters buildings to keep all special operations forces connected

for Voice, Data, Image, and Full Motion Video.

- Program Manager for new network technology to better support Special Operations

Forces around the world.

- Program Manager for the upgrade and configuration of encryption devices.
