• Reduced software purchase by finding a freeware product (Spiceowrks) which maintained records of company

hardware and software. Setup spiceworks which scans network for hardware and software and monitors any changes

made to either. Was responsible for setting up another spiceworks database to scan and support our ontario office

• Symantec endpoint protection suite administration. Installed and configured Symantec manager and installed client on

workstations and servers and monitored each day

• Microsoft windows servers and VMware servers administration. Assisted managing windows servers including

exchange as well as maintaining the Esx vmware appliances hosting most of the servers

• Mapped building data ports and managed network switches (Lynksys, Cisco)

• Edit logon scripts to map network drives and network printers

batchfile to map drives
