Materials Control Specialist (Piping Department)
Daily activities included the interface between the materials and
engineering groups to ensure all documentation was accurate and all
m aterials were properly identified per Project standards and
specifications.
Based on provided Piping and Instrumentation drawings (P&IDs), along
with Piping Isometrics, performed material take-offs from these
documents,generating system requisitions for the procurement and
tracking of the required materials.

Electrical & Instrumentation Materials Planning Clerk
Assisted the E&I Material Planners & Controllers with the maintenance of
materials for the Permanent Plant Construction activities.
This included creating Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Detailed
Bills of Material (BOMs) to define materials for procurement,
receipt of these materials into the project Material Management system
and issuing materials from controlled inventory to the sub-contractors.
Additional activities included reconciling inventory records based on
physical inspection, and supporting the project warehousing inventory
activities in regards to locations of the specific material.
Asset Clerk
Managed the contractor’s materials purchased and utilized on the project
site.
Manually tracked the purchases and deliveries of contractors by creating
item codes for materials and BOMs, creating the purchase orders,
receiving the purchase orders and issuing the materials to the appropriate
parties.
Arranged and conducted meetings with contractors to ensure appropriate
handover and control of project materials and supporting documentation
took place.
