Completed BCT in December of 2013 and became CLS certified. I was given and maintained a
leadership role throughout training.
CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILLE
August 2013- present
Worked as a team member for a short period of time. I was then asked to take over training, and
began training the new employees. I signed off on kitchen manager before leaving for BCT in
September.

Currently enrolled in the Medical Assisting program at Harrison College. I also attended Ivy
Tech Community College where I received credits for my general courses.

LEADERSHIP Being organized and outgoing, I have had the opportunity to have several leadership roles.
When I was at training in the Army National Guard, I had a leadership role, guiding other
trainees to learn things and execute things the correct way. While working at Bandanas I had a
leadership role as well, putting together the training program they used to train other employees.
I believe that working as a team you can accomplish more but having the knowledge to guide
others is a characteristic that is good to have.
