This project deals with improvement of an image quality to visualize the human
beings. The existing methods are Histogram Equalization and Classical Histogram Equalization these methods
will not preserve the brightness of an image so, we proposed a new method called Brightness Preserving
Dynamic Fuzzy Histogram Equalization. By using the Qualitative parameters we can say that this method
preserves the brightness of an image
