This project deals with improvement of an image quality to visualize the human

beings. The existing methods are Histogram Equalization and Classical Histogram Equalization these methods

will not preserve the brightness of an image so, we proposed a new method called Brightness Preserving

Dynamic Fuzzy Histogram Equalization. By using the Qualitative parameters we can say that this method

preserves the brightness of an image

Project Abstract

The project FLYcatcher radar is ground-based radar being productionised by BEL(Bharat Electronics

Ltd) for Indian Army. The radar consists of search and track facilities on a moving platform. The search radar is

in the X-band.

The antenna works in horizontal and circular polarisation.BEL has produced low-band and high-band,

Currently, the mid-band radar is being desiged and developed by BEL.

Akash ("Sky") is a medium-range mobile surface-to-air-missile defense system. The missile system can

target aircraft up to 30 km away, at altitudes up to 18,000 m.
