(oxidation Value) determination, Oil pick up by Soxtec Method, FFA
Testing, Seasoning application checking, Sensory Wall conduct, packaging
wall conduct on Leakages, handle operators and guide accordingly.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Three month paid internship in Research & development lab at Cadbury India
Ltd. Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities- Vitamin Estimation by HPLC method, Hands on
experience with Karl Fischer, water activity, Fat estimation by Soxtec
