Continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis to improve productivity, yield and throughput by applying
engineering changes in grinder dust collector design using FEA, machine shop blade breaking pattern, reducing cost of
quality of wire/tube and discoloration of pipe. Average productivity increased by almost 3% with 460 less labor hours saving
$9200 every month.
Conducted Destructive (RTT and Hardness) and Non-Destructive (UT and LPT) tests on alloys for quality purposes and
recommended changes to product specifications as necessary. From the results completed a project to simulate cold rolling of
Monel 400 alloy by using DEFORM with the purpose to find the source of defects .
FMEA analysis of rolling machine to reduce cobble rate for Wires and designing and developing of fixtures & setups on

Analyzed the working of Pre Safe Brake System of Mercedes Benz
Calculated the dynamic changes the vehicle undergoes during the operation of the pre-safe system- braking forces, kinetic
energies and temperature changes that occur within the braking system. Simulink and Matlab were used to simulate the
systems. Plotted the tracking performance s, phase plane and the controller effort graphs to verify the system.
Optimization to Maximize the Profit of a Honda Manufacturing Plant
Aim was to maximize the profit of a Honda manufacturing facility, while considering all the constraints. Used the Exterior
Interior Penalty Function and Linear Programming method of Optimization and compared the Matlab results from both the
