brush, utilizing pipes for even brush saturation

- Re-engineered solar panel brush to be used in conjunction with the auto saturation system

- Implemented a cart saturation system

- Manual lever press module design and development:

§ Manual lever press module: a flat panel based press that eliminates excess solution and achieves
