TRADESPAN INTERNATIONAL - Columbus, IN, January 1996 to Present.

Privately owned American company headquartered in Columbus, Indiana.

Established global marketing and networking services with major

emphasis throughout the Pacific Rim. Responsible as agent in sourcing

of materials for the Asian market and products for the United States,

while coordinating the quality control and logistical chain of

production. Management services to companies in areas of strategic

planning and acquisition or to those companies seeking entry into

China or other Asian locations. Developing and coordinating

investments into U.S. companies and U.S. investments into foreign

markets via joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

Responsible for coordination of activities for as many as five

offices abroad as well as the home office in Columbus, with

oversight of up to twenty-five personnel. Responsible for

development of U.S. investments into foreign markets, in the form of

sourcing joint ventures in order to link foreign manufacturing to

U.S. distribution channels. Provide consulting services to

companies seeking entry into China, Malaysia and Vietnam, in markets

such as coal, furniture, hardwood, metal castings, plastics and

veneer.

Oversee the collaborative effort of customer acquisition and

maintenance via inside and outside representation.

Personally responsible for representation of company at trade shows

and the key interface, when soliciting new business traffic.

Privately owned American company headquartered in Columbus, Indiana,

with sourcing and quality control in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, providing

services specifically in the residential furniture market.

Vice President of Marketing

Responsibility to acquire and coordinate new accounts, for

outsourcing of products from the Pacific Rim, with special emphasis

on products from Malaysia and Indonesia. Directed actions and

priorities of up to six employees, both domestic and abroad.

WTWO-TV (NBC Affiliate) - Terre Haute, IN, October 1990 to February 1993.

Production Assistant/Sports Reporter

Operated in-studio camera for newscasts, produced video and written

content for newscasts, directed live updates, and carried out field

reporting duties. Also wrote, edited, produced and anchored sports

highlight segment titled "On the Fritts", which took a humorous look

at local, college, professional and international sporting events.
