Delivery Lead.
As a Delivery Lead, ensured the execution of Healthcare Medicare projects
moved forward from business requirements, design, development, testing,
and implementation. As a Technical Lead all execution aspects from the
project. Worked with Business participants in gathering/solidifying
business requirements; performed Impact analysis, delivering estimates and
designs for review and approval; Worked with offshore execution and QA
teams to ensure delivery milestone dates are met. Managed multiple
projects concurrently with providing SME support to Claims & Prior
Authorization (PA) processes.
Mainframe applications development utilized COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, MQ. And
various utilities. Across platform processing included GUI and Websphere
front end user interface application process flow to Claims Services
midrange app to Mainframe COBOL, DB2 applications. Backend processing
passed required Reporting and Response data to Data Warehouse applications
(Mainframe DB2 & Midrange Oracle). As part of the SDLC Agile methodology
process, thorough code, test plans, and testing result s reviews were
conducted to ensure implementation of product quality.

path jobs was essential when implementing changes or new functionality to
the systems. Heavy analysis and documentation of Legacy systems process
flows were required to identify current state processing. Created Unit
