Responsibilities Includes:
Conducts Relocation Surveys in establishing horizontal & vertical controls to determine site
location and elevation, determining & observing existing monuments and boundary structures and
laying-out boundary corners or monumenting to established property boundaries.
Conducts Topographic Surveys to determine the exact physical features of the site, its present
terrain and existing structures.
Verifies the correctness of data gathered from ground survey to be used by the Planner in
designing.
Monitors the accuracy of survey layout of lot corners and road networks on the ground based on
Lot Plan/Site Development Plan.
