• Cardiac ICU: Trained on pacemakers, ventilator settings, Schwann-Ganz catheters. Assisted on

procedures such as arterial/central line suturing, chest tube placement/removal, thoracentesis, NG

tube placement. EKGs and CXR interpretation.

• OR duties: foley catheter placement, patient prep. Second Assist for aortic aneurysm repair, valve

repair/replacement, and CABG.

General Medicine II: Coppola Medical Associates, Pawtucket, RI 9/14-10/14

• Assessment management of adult patients in an outpatient setting; successfully completed

comprehensive and focused physical exams, pelvic examinations, and progress notes. Ordered

and interpreted EKGs, chest x-rays, and appropriate laboratory tests; medically managed patients

• Assessment of children aged 0-21 years for routine and sick visits in an urban outpatient setting,

obtaining histories from patients and parents. Performed comprehensive physical exams, M-

CHAT autism screening, education on developmental milestones and preventative medicine,

throat and wound cultures, wart cryotherapy, irrigation for cerumen impaction, and vaccine
