• Cardiac ICU: Trained on pacemakers, ventilator settings, Schwann-Ganz catheters. Assisted on
procedures such as arterial/central line suturing, chest tube placement/removal, thoracentesis, NG
tube placement. EKGs and CXR interpretation.
• OR duties: foley catheter placement, patient prep. Second Assist for aortic aneurysm repair, valve
repair/replacement, and CABG.
