WORK EXPERIENCE
2014 - PRESENT Superintendent, St. Anton Partner Hurley Construction,
Sacramento, California
> Construction Superintendent Hurley construction job duties includes
the daily operation of construction for the St Anton Monaco, Anaheim
CA. 236 multifamily apartment complex. Construction budget of $26
million. Daily job duties were to coordinates and supervise all
construction activities. Directs all field personnel to achieve
completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality
workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
Maintained and modified a construction schedule based upon completion
objectives and dates. Identify and solved problems that occurred.
Order materials and scheduled building inspections as necessary
throughout the process. Maintained positive relationships with sub
contractors, suppliers and other employees of Hurley Const. Prepare
daily filed reports of project progress and schedules. Create punch
lists during production as well a final punch list. Supervise the
completion of each punch list. Promote job site safety, ensure safe
work practices and rectified site hazards immediately. Maintain that
all company employees and contractors are adhering to company safety

completion. Plan all phases of a construction project including
estimate the costs of materials and staffing; the expense involved in
securing permits; and the cost for equipment that must be leased or

> Over see the construction of multifamily housing units. Valued from
$15-35 million construction budgets. Duties were over see daily
operation of construction, coordinate subcontractor, contractor
production schedules. View and interpret building plan, send out
RFI's to architect structural engineers or other appropriate
individuals as needed. Ensure quality and scheduled millstones
achievement.

maintenance as well as capital improvements, 620 condo exteriors and
their common areas, 600 plus private home common areas including 4
pools and 2 tennis courts, 2 basket courts, 1 soccer field/ baseball
field. Administration responsibilities included: capital budget and
operational budget, induction, negotiation, implementation and
supervision of all contractors on site projects. Maintaining of
custodial supplies, maintenance repair supplies and equipment.
