• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a personal computer through a training environment in such programs as

• Knowledge of PC setup and installation, various peripherals, and basic home network setup/configuration.

Customer Service Representative, Jacksons Food Stores, Kirkland, WA, September 2013- October 2014

• Responsible for store operations such as helping customers, dealing with currency, stocking, and maintaining

store appearance/cleanliness. Additional responsibilities included closing down the store at night (for locations

that weren’t 24/7).
