Description: S3D is a rule based 3D CAD application. In order to use the software for process design,
reference data is the starting point. Reference data can be graphical or non graphical in nature. For example,
reference data includes graphical symbols that you can place in the model, such as equipment or piping
components. Reference data also includes non graphical, tabular data, such as catalog data and specification
data. Catalog data includes the parts that you place in the model, such as piping components and equipment.
Specification data includes the rules that govern how those parts are placed and connected.

Description: Clinical Work Flow Dictionary tool will manage the work flow for a patient. A work flow
will span multiple users playing different roles. The specific work flow being managed will be
adjusted based on factors such as the appointment type, the patient’s age, and the patient’s gender.
For example, patient checks in for appointment, patient check in will be the only allowed triggering
event for work flow, with the check in patient in context, the Medical Assistant (MA) rooms the patient
and the work flow tool allows her to collect the appropriate information based on the patient’s age,
the patient’s gender, Facility and the appointment type. The provider’s view of the work flow for this
patient indicates that the MA has finished with his/her part of the work flow.

Description: Create report that shows all patients with diagnosis “diabetes” or “gestational diabetes”,
including age and gender. Reporting on our entire patient population will be too slow, so the application
will use a database containing information on a partial population of patients to index into the entire
system. The reports will only contain data on the partial patient index. The parameters used to generate
the report will be displayed on the report.
Main Features:
1 Data on which patients have which diagnoses will come from the problem list data MECCA
database.
2 Data on which patients have which medications will come from the Medications database. We
may need to write a stored procedure to return patient’s on a drug or populate a table with
patients on a drug.

Description: PreServ Maintenance enables you to maintain, add, and remove preventive services,
service schedules, quality care standards, and other data displayed and used within the Prevention
Services (PreServ) and Dashboard applications.
Dashboard allows viewing patient information such as problems, vitals, allergies/adverse reactions, clinical
alerts, immunizations, appointments and active medications. It is the launching pad into other
applications, providing an efficient workflow.
PreServ is a point of care system to track early detection and disease related prevention services .For

Description: Medications Manager enables users to electronically transmit prescriptions to pharmacies
that are electronically enabled. It allows the two way electronic exchange of prescription information for
renewal requests, renewal responses, and transmission errors.
The User can view the history of all instances of a specific drug. The history also shows any previous
courses that were completed, discontinued, or marked as never taken.
As patients are checked in, appointment entries will appear on the Provider Work List under the Checked
in Patients. Three filter choices are available for retrieving the appointment: Today, Yesterday, and Other
(calendar selection).
Dependencies: First databank databases is intended to supplement the knowledge of physicians,
pharmacists and other healthcare professionals regarding drug therapy problems and patient
counseling information
