I am a Freelance Consultant with over ten years of experience in the field of Information Technology.

I posess in depth hands-on knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration and

troubleshooting on both the PC and Apple computing platforms plus Android and Linux systems.

I have done technical support for computer users in various settings, at work, at home or travelling, onsite

and remotely by phone and/or internet connection.

I am offering individualized and customized technical assistance to users of smartphones, tablets, laptops,

desktops on Local Area Networks and/or Wireless, connecting and navigating on the Internet and World

Wide Web, email, social networking and web enabled applications.

The rate for my services are: $60/hr. for the first hour and $40/hr. each additional hour, with estimates

given depending on type of work being done.
