As you will see from the attached resume, I have built my career in a variety of roles and industries, mostly with large companies where I was not just the gatekeeper of policies and procedures, but the peacemaker, advisor and trainer for those directly under my authority. I thrive in environments where I am able to express my compassion and genuine concern for the personal and professional growth of others around me, while developing their skills.

In my present role as Human Resources Generalist, one of my many duties is to conduct orientation for all new hires. I truly enjoy bonding with our new employees and treating them like family. I am referred to as “The Ambassador,” as that I have the ability to establish a close liaison with our new hires. It is a great feeling to be greeted each morning by all of our team members as they work on the production line and an excellent way to start a busy day in Human Resources! In my former role as Human Resources Manager, one of my duties was to conduct annual training on EEO related topics and general meetings for exempt and non-exempt employees. I feel comfortable speaking in front of others, regardless of their professional level. I began my career in Human Resources as an Orientation/Training Supervisor, before being promoted to Human Resources Supervisor one year later. I have successfully managed as Human Resources Manager a large office staff of fifteen employees, to include shift supervisors, clerks, and trainers in various departments, along with at my largest processing plant 2,045 team members before relocating back home to Memphis.
