Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT
Direct all facility management functions for a 687 acre, 2.9 million square foot installation with 70 tenant
organizations including an operational port, medical, housing, utilities, transportation, and specialized
education facilities. Develop maintenance plans, prioritize projects, brief proposals, manage construction
and utility service delivery, and ensure environmental compliance, safety and disaster preparedness
readiness. Direct a 210-person staff of technical tradesman, engineering and acquisition professionals
with a $35 million operating budget. Actively partners with contractors to meet execution objectives.
Financial Program Manager and Congressional Liaison 2010 – 2013
Navy Financial Management and Budget Office, Washington, DC
Performed financial analysis, congressional liaison activities and built strategic partnerships in support of
the Navy $3 billion annual military construction and housing program. Validated investment priorities,
