myriad of different circumstances.

• During these delays, customers would ask how long a particular delay would take.

• Attempted to answer the customers' inquiries with the limited information available suggesting alternate

routes, allowing customers to arrive at their destination, quelling any concern customers might have had.

• While working at the Toronto Transit Commission, did many cash, debit and credit card transactions selling

tickets tokens and various passes such, as monthly and weekly, and made change for riders to allow them to

ride the transit system.
