OBJECTIVE: Looking for a position that would allow me to utilize my skills and that would allow me to

continue my further education, which would be useful for the organizational activities.

EXPERIENCE

1. May, 2014 to Feb. 2015: Senior Welding Inspector at BRINDERSON LP (An AGEION company)

at TESORO- GOLDEN EAGAL REFINERY (GER) at Martinez, California, USA.

My responsibilities are as follows:

a. All QA/QC activities on maintenance and turnaround jobs assigned to BRINDERSON

b. All welding inspection works on piping mostly as per ASME B31.3, B31.1, Storage Tanks

mostly as per API 653 and 650, Pressure vessels per ASME Section VIII D.1, Structures

per ASME D1.1

c. Responsible for all code jobs, dealing with A.I.s and preparation of code job packages.

d. Preparation of Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for all CODE jobs.

e. QC works on refinery turnaround jobs and preparation of turnaround packages.

f. Responsible for all Hydro, Pneumatic and service tests.

g. Updating of weld logs for each job

h. Package preparation for each job.

i. Welder qualifications as per ASME section IX

j. Inspection of all shop and field welding.

k. Request for RT, UT, PT, MT and PMI as per the relevant TESORO Travelers

l. Reviewing all NDE reports and RT films before forward to TESORO inspection.

m. Attending for TESORO kick off meetings.

n. Monitoring all welder performances and issuing of NCRs if necessary.

o. Attending for weekly/monthly BRINDERSON construction, QA/AC and safety meetings.

2. Oct. 2010 to May 2014: MECHANICAL QC ENGINEER/ WELDING INSPECTOR /SENIOR

• Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical machineries

and equipment of power plants

This was my first job in my carrier and gained a very vast experience in heavy steel fabrication such

as irrigation headwork radial, fixed wheel and sluice gates, fabrication of above ground petroleum

and chemical storage tanks – according to API 650 code. Piping works as per ASME B 31 series,

structures as per AWS D1.1, Machine installations (static & rotating equipment) and handling of a

fully equipped mechanical workshop etc.

SUMMARY OF ADVANCED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Carry out welding inspection on pipelines, structures and preparing of daily reports

• Offering selected welds for NDE inspections as per quality procedures

• Preparation of weld maps

• Preparation of as-built drawings, weld maps etc. as per field requirements

• Preparation of red line drawings as per field modifications

• Communicate with project engineering about field modifications

• Heavy steel fabrication and piping- AWS D1.1and ASME B31 series

• Fabrication of above ground petroleum and chemical storage tanks (API 650 code)

• Coordinate with NDE technicians as an ASNT NDE Inspector, ASNT – Level-2 in RT, UT, MT,

LT and VT

• Pipeline punching activities.

• Preparation of pipeline test packages for hydro, pneumatic, service and visual testing of

pipelines.

• Preparation and conducting of welder qualification tests (according to API 1104 and ASME

Section 1X.

• Maintenance of hydro, steam and gas turbines and their auxiliaries.

• Maintenance of superheated steam boilers.

• Maintenance of diesel generators and I.C. engine automobiles of gas and diesel
