Worked as a GET at J.K Cement Pvt Ltd, Nimbahera(Rajasthan) Organisation for new plant

J.K CementWorks,Muddapur(Karnataka). From 2007 July to Aug 2008.

Role:

Designed the size of cable trays, earthing pits, Flow charts for new plant. .

Created the daily CCR reports.

Installation and maintenance of field instruments.

Calibration of field instruments like all transmitters, dampers, level sensors, speed monitor etc.

Installation and calibration of weigh feeder and bin weighing system.

Done other duties as assigned.

Having knowledge of 132kv switch yard .

Knowledge of Working of breakers,starters, CT,PT,SPRS etc

Good knowledge of working flow.

Design of several electrical panel drawings, control systems and panel layouts for production.
