01 Dec. 2012 to August 2014 MECHANIC (6th Generation Rig)

Berkut

Daily routine involved in commissioning on all newly build Rig equipment

and machineries, Mud pumps, Top drive 1250 Hydraker, Low/Hi pressure

Centrifugal pumps, Roughneck, Compressor, Rig Floor Winches, BOP

accumulator and charged nitrogen. Replaced bladder rubber bag leaks and

refilled Nitrogen. Modified equipment where area difficulties of

maintenance access. Carry out diagnostics and remedial works

equipments/machinery. Pedestal Cranes. Generate PTW's and engage in Toolbox

Talks following all relevant HSE and company procedures in place. Carry out

foundation alignment with pump and motor using Laser Beam. Perform repairs

on all hydraulic mechanical equipment. Read and interpret hydraulic

schematics to assist in troubleshooting and minimizing repair time. Carry

out Bartex on Skidding Base and DES hydraulic block replacement damaged

filter and check valve. Maintain a log of all maintenance performed and

updates on all equipment changes or modifications. Carry out drawing

interpretation. Carry out Punch list. Keep track of inventory for required

spare parts. Carry out CMMS. Prepared hand over notes for reliever at crew

change (Parker Drilling Company) South Korea, Ship Yard.

12 April to 28 August 2012 MECHANIC (JACK UP RIG)

Burj

Daily check on Electro-Motive engine generator, but not limited on

Compressor, Water Maker management, Fuel oil and Water Sounding, Deck

Crane, Sewage disposal management, Fuel oil transferring, Assisted work

plans with Chief engineer Pipe work management, Centrifugal pump,

Disassemble/Assemble pumps. Pedestal Cranes. Generate PTW's and engage in

Toolbox Talks following all relevant HSE and company Procedures in and etc.

Carry out diagnostics and remedial works equipments/machinery. Keep track

of inventory and liaise with Offshore Technical Leader for the procurement

of required spare parts. Prepared handover notes for reliever at crew

change. (MOS/Cape East)

22 Dec. '08 to 18 April '11 RIG MECHANIC (SEMI-SUBMERSIBLE CYBER DRILLING

RIG)

Perform work on mechanical equipment keep all the machinery run smoothly.

(Aker Solutions Marine Hydraulic) Carry out PM daily check on all rig

equipment. Top Drive, Finger Board, Elevator, Drawwork machine, Deck Crane,

Bridge Crane, & Xmas Tree Crane, Lower Guider Arm, Rotary, Agitator,

Compressor, but not limited on all rig equipment. Repair /replaced damaged

Hydraulic Pumps, Read and interpret hydraulic schematics to assist in

troubleshooting and minimizing repair time. Crimping hoses and replacement

damaged hoses. Replacement damaged Grip roller on Horizontal Iron

Roughneck. Repair/Replaced damaged Drag chain on Riser & Tubular feeding

machine. Disassemble/assemble Dolly and replaced damage Bogie pin.

Overhaul IBOP & Pop off Valve. Repair damage drive chain on Mud pumps.

Carry out maintenance repair on High Pressure Centrifugal pumps & Fire

pumps. Carry out Pipe work installation. Carry out Mooring Winch manifold

valve. Repair Pneumatic slide door press button valve. Perform repairs on

all hydraulic mechanical equipment. Replaced/repair leak Hydraulic motor.

Replaced corrosion bolts on Derrick legs bolts, one bolt @ time. Carry out

engine generator repair and installed. Prepared PTW and carry out

mechanical isolation lock out/tug out of equipment to be worked on and

others. Ensure all maintenance work carried out is perform in a safely

manner and in accordance with engineering practices. Carry out pipe work

and installation. Replaced bearing on abnormal noise from mud pump and

Drive Chain. Fabricate on lathe machine large stud threading, milling

and others parts may be require. Disassemble and rebuilt high pressure

centrifugal pumps and aligned foundation and coupling use dial indicator.

Diagnose

problem on rig equipment and solved. Read and understand blueprints

drawing. Internet on browsing equipment spare parts required. Ensuring

that adequate spare-part, lube oil, tools and etc. are available on the

rig. Assisted Chief Engineer and Assisted Technical Leader planned the job.

Supervise mechanic and welder activities to ensure that safe operating

procedures are followed and equipment is used within defined capacities.

Carry out CMMS. Prepared hand over notes for reliever at crew change.

Supervise on taken water or diesel. Monitor fuel transfer from barge to

vessel. Carry out all safety measurement & isolation procedures including

lock out tug out. Prepare manual service for maintenance, repair, overhaul

&trouble shooting on engine generator. Disassemble and rebuild all type

pumps. Fabricate on manual lathe machine parts require. Carry out SMAW/MIG

weld and Oxy-Acetylene cutting to fabricate/repair of seawater pipeline.
